The New York Times newspaper won four Pulitzer Awards for journalism in 2024 on Monday. At the same time, New Yorker magazine won three awards. This included issues such as the Phantanile crisis, the US Army and the attempt to assassinate President Donald Trump in summer last year.

In 2024, the Pulitzers honored 15 categories in the field of journalism as well as the best people in eight art categories including books, music and theater. Public service winner gets a gold medal. All other winners get 15,000 US dollars (12.63 lakh rupees).
