To make Blue Aadhar Card online, you will first have to go to UIDAI website. You will have to book an enrollment center for the registration process. Here the necessary documents like Aadhar card of parents, address proof and birth certificate of the child will be checked. After this, Aadhar card will be issued within 60 days. It is sent through post to the given address. It has to be updated after 5 years.
