Offline and Online KYC Process
Customers can submit their documents like identity proof, address proof, recent photograph, PAN or Form 60, income proof and mobile number at the nearest branch. Apart from this, customers can also complete the KYC process through PNB ONE/Internet Banking services or through registered e-mail or post.
Account will be doormat if KYC is not done
PNB has clearly said that if KYC is not updated within the stipulated time, the operation of the account may be banned. Or the account may be doormat. That means, you will not be able to do any transaction. Customers are advised to visit the nearest PNB branch or the official website of the bank for any assistance.
