Kolkata Knight Riders won the title
Shreyas Iyer has previous captaincy experience and he also makes changes in bowling very well. It was under his captaincy that the Kolkata Knight Riders team won the title last season. But even after this he was not retained by the KKR team. Before the KKR team, Iyer had also handled the captaincy of Delhi Capitals and it was under his captaincy that the Delhi team made it to the IPL finals.
