Many reports were leaked in the media about the rift between them, after which Gautam Gambhir had put classes in the dressing room. Sarfaraz Khan was later held guilty to leak the news. On being out of Sarfaraz, Ajit Agarkar said that sometimes you have to take good decisions. Sarfaraz, I know he scored a century in the first Test, but after that he did not score runs. Sometimes team management has to take such decisions. It is now believed that the BCCI sentenced him to the team due to not being in discipline in the dressing room and has dropped him out of the team.
