When will the banks be closed this week?
According to RBI’s bank holiday calendar, banks will remain closed for three days between June 23 and June 29, 2025. If you have to do any work in the bank branch such as depositing checks, making a draft or opening an account, then it is better that you do your work before 27 June. Because banks will remain closed across the country on 28 and 29 June and some states also have a holiday on 27 June. However, online service 24×7 will continue.
28 June (Saturday) – Fourth Saturday, banks are going to be closed across the country.
June 29 (Sunday) – Weekly holiday
June 27 (Friday) – Banks will be closed in Odisha and Manipur on the occasion of Rath Yatra/Kang
Banks will be open on June 27 in the rest of the states. That is, if you live in Odisha or Manipur, then banks will be closed for you for three consecutive days from Friday to Sunday.
