Guru Ravidas Jayanti is celebrated in North India. This day is dedicated to the teachings of Saint Guru Ravidas ji and his contribution to the society. Banks will be closed in Himachal Pradesh on this occasion. People will have to settle their work before or after the bank closure.

Banks are closed on all national and local festivals, jubilee, Sunday of every month, second Saturday and fourth Saturdays. All bank branches are open on the first, third and fifth Saturdays. Banks will remain closed for 14 days in February.

Thursday, 20 February: Banks will remain closed on the occasion of State Day in Aizawl and Itanagar.
Wednesday, 26 February: Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Bengaluru, Belapur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kochi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla, Srinagar and Thiruvananthapuram will remain closed on the occasion of Mahashivratri.
