Id-ul-Juha 7 Jun will be celebrated. It is also called Bakrid. Banks will remain closed in a state of the country due to Eid-ul-Azha. All government and private banks like SBI, PNB, HDFC BAN will remain closed in most states of the country. Id-ul-Juha (Bakrid) is a major festival of Islam, known as the festival of sacrifice. This festival is celebrated in memory of Hazrat Ibrahim (Alaihissalam )’s feeling of loyalty and sacrifice towards Allah. On this day, Muslims sacrifice the animal and reflect their sacrifice and service spirit, and distribute their meat into the needy, relatives and neighbors. After offering Namaz, people hug each other and congratulate Bakrid.

On Saturday, June 7, banks will remain closed in all states like Delhi, UP, Bihar, Jammu, Rajasthan due to Bakrid.
