Banks are closed on all national and local festivals, jubilee, Sunday of every month, second Saturday and fourth Saturdays. All bank branches are open on the first, third and fifth Saturdays. Now banks will be closed for 14 days in February.

Tuesday, February 11: Banks will remain closed on the occasion of Thaipusam in Chennai.
Wednesday, 12 February: Banks will remain closed on Sant Ravidas Jayanti in Shimla.
Saturday, 15 February: Banks will remain closed on the occasion of dough in Imphal.
Wednesday, 19 February: Banks will be closed on the occasion of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti in Belapur, Mumbai, and Nagpur.
Thursday, 20 February: Banks will remain closed on the occasion of State Day in Aizawl and Itanagar.
Wednesday, 26 February: Ahmedabad, Aizawl, Bengaluru, Belapur, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Hyderabad, Jaipur, Jammu, Kanpur, Kochi, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Raipur, Ranchi, Shimla, Srinagar and Thiruvananthapuram will remain closed on the occasion of Mahashivratri.
