Bajaj Housing Finance December Quarter Results: Bajaj Housing Finance, a subsidiary of Bajaj Finance, has released its results for the October-December 2024 quarter. The company’s net profit during the quarter increased by 25 percent year-on-year to Rs 548.02 crore. In the same quarter a year ago, the company had earned a profit of Rs 436.97 crore. The company’s revenue from operations during the December 2024 quarter increased by nearly 26 percent year-on-year to Rs 2,448.86 crore. It was Rs 1946.18 crore in the December 2023 quarter.
Diversified NBFC Bajaj Housing Finance has told the stock markets that the company’s total expenses in the December 2024 quarter increased to Rs 1,735.96 crore on an annual basis. A year ago it was Rs 1,374.43 crore. The company’s net interest income during the quarter increased 25 per cent to Rs 806 crore from Rs 645 crore in the December 2023 quarter as compared to a year ago.

Bajaj Housing Finance shares closed at Rs 105.85 on January 27 with a decline of 3 percent on BSE. The market cap of the company is Rs 88100 crore. The share reached a low of Rs 104.80 during the day. The company was listed in the stock market on 16 September 2024 and doubled the money of IPO investors. The Rs 6,560 crore IPO was filled 67.43 times. The share was listed at Rs 150.
