After iPhone 13, iPhone 14 and iPhone 15, now the latest iPhone 16E will also be ‘Made in India’. This latest iPhone of Apple will be upgraded to iPhone SE 2022. The company has launched its affordable SE model with a new name this year. Many big upgrade have been seen in the phone. Many of its features are like the iPhone 16 launched in September last year. Apple is preparing to manufacture all models of the iPhone 16 series in India.
IPhone 16e will be built in India
The company has said after the new iPhone 16E launch that all models of iPhone 16 as well as new models will be manufactured in India. The company is focusing on local manufacturing. The iPhone 16E made in India will also be exported outside. Local manufacturing has increased in India since the launch of PM Modi’s PLI scheme. Last year, Apple set a new record of exporting iPhones made in India.
Apple’s new iPhone 16E has been launched at an initial price of Rs 59,900. This phone comes in three storage variants- 128GB, 256GB and 512GB. This new iPhone of Apple provides a 6.1 -inch Super Retina XDR OLED display, which has a notch feature. This is the first model after iPhone 14, with a Nokia design display. Apart from this, face ID has been used by removing the home button in the phone.
Special features with iPhone 16
This latest iPhone of Apple works on iOS 18. It has a protection of the ceramic shield material. It comes with the iPhone 3NM A18 Bionic Chip. The same processor has been given in the iPhone 16 series launched in September. This iPhone will also be equipped with Apple Intelligence feature. Many features in this phone have been taken from iPhone 16.
The main camera of 48MP is available in the back of iPhone 16E. It comes with OIS i.e. optical image stabilization feature. It gets a 12MP camera for selfie and video calling. Apple has also given an action button in this latest iPhone. This iPhone comes with USB Type C charging feature. It also has a face ID feature. Features like Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, Wi-Fi 6 are available for connectivity.
