Amwill Healthcare IPO Listing: The shares of Aimville Healthcare entered a huge discount on BSE SME today and after the listing, it broke to the lower circuit. Its IPO received more than 5 times the overall. Shares have been issued at a price of Rs 111 under the IPO. Today it has entered BSE SME at Rs 88.85, that is, IPO investors got a 19.95% shock instead of listing gains. The ₹ 59.98 crore IPO of AMville Healthcare was opened till 5-7 February for subscription. This IPO received good response from investors and overall it was subscribed to 5.73 times. It included 7.8 times the share reserved for qualified Institutional Buyers (QIB), a share of non-institutional investors (NII) 5.66 times and a share of retail investors was 4.77 times. Under this IPO, new shares worth Rs 48.88 crore have been issued. Apart from this, 10 lakh shares with face value of Rs 10 have been sold under the offer for cell window. The offer for sale money has been received by shareholders selling share. At the same time, the company will use the money collected through new shares, meeting the needs of working capital, marketing and common corporate purposes.
