The arrested accused include supporters Dilpreet Singh, Arshpreet Singh, Amritpal Singh, Vishal, Holy Singh alias Holy Batala, Gurtaj Singh, Manpreet Randhawa and Sarabjit Singh. Different criminal cases have been filed against all of them. This action is considered important towards curbing the Khalistani network.
Inquired after arrest, then everyone was sent to jail
All of them have been registered with kidnapping, torture, illegal imprisonment, criminal conspiracy, intimidation of witnesses, attacks with semi-automatic weapons, threats to spread terror, lawsuits under gang Act, cases under gang Act, huge amounts of illegal weapons, keeping illegal weapons, machine guns and assault rifles, keeping a short-market rifle and selling illegal magazine. After questioning all the accused, they have been shifted to the US jail.
During this action of the FBI, 5 pistols, an assault rifle, hundreds of rounds of round bullets, high-capacity magazine and $ 15,000 cash were seized from the accused.
The most important arrest of the holy Batala
The most important name among the arrested accused is Holy Singh alias Holy Batala, who is associated with Babbar Khalsa International and is the most wanted for India’s NIA and Punjab Police. He was carrying out terrorist activities with Khalistani terrorist Lakhbir Singh Rhode. Chargesheet is filed against him and a red corner notice has been issued.
Accused of illegally entered America
According to Indian agencies, all the accused had illegally reached America and from there they were running criminal activities in Punjab and other parts of India. Many gangsters and terrorists run away from India and take advantage of the law in America and stay there for years. These include names like Goldie Brar, Anmol Bishnoi and Rohit Godara.
