RSS has issued a statement claiming that Mahatma Gandhi and Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar have joined the branches of the Sangh. According to the Sangh, Gandhi had visited a Sangh camp in 1934 while Ambedkar had visited a Sangh branch in 1940. Let us tell you that RSS has also shown a paper cutting in support of its claim.

RSS’s Vishwa Samvad Kendra issued a statement saying that Mahatma Gandhi had reached the RSS camp in Wardha in 1934. Vishwa Samvad Kendra also said in its statement that Babasaheb Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar, the creator of the Indian Constitution, had reached a branch of the Sangh in Karad in Satara district of Maharashtra on January 2, 1940 to pay a visit. During this, he met the volunteers of the Sangh and also addressed them.
