Advantage Assam 2.0: The northeastern state of Assam is constantly moving towards progress. In this connection, ‘Advantage Assam 2.0 Investment and Infrastructure Summit 2025’ has started in Assam today. Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurated the program. Assam Governor Laxman Prasad Acharya and Chief Minister Himant Vishwa Sharma were also present on the occasion. This business summit included Mukesh Ambani of Reliance Industries, Gautam Adani of Adani Group, Sajjan Jindal of JSW Group, Prashant Ruia of Essar, big and legendary industrialists like Vedanta’s Anil Aggarwal.
Ambani-Adani will invest Rs 1 lakh crore in Assam
Mukesh Ambani, Chairman of Reliance Industries and Gautam Adani, Chairman of Reliance Industries, who attended the event held in Guwahati, Assam, is going to invest a huge investment in the state. The country’s two legendary industrialists Mukesh Ambani and Gautam Adani will join Assam for a total of Rs 1 lakh crore.
Mukesh Ambani sought blessings from mother Kamakhya for the country
Addressing the program, Mukesh Ambani said that Reliance Industries will invest Rs 50,000 crore in Assam in the next 5 years. He said, “It is an honor to attend the Advantage Assam Summit once again. Before starting my address, I want to pray to Maa Kamakhya, the goddess of energy and creation, to bless not only in Assam but the whole of India. ”Ambani said that Assam will become a paradise of technology in the coming times. He said that the whole world will see Assam as the land of development occasions. The chairman of Reliance said that the technology lover of Assam will give new meaning to the youth AI- Assam Intelligence.
Adani Group will invest on airport, cement and road projects
On the other hand, Gautam Adani, chairman of Adani Group, also announced to invest Rs 50,000 crore in Assam. Addressing the program, he said, “Adani Group will invest in Airport, Aerocity, City Gas Distribution, Transmission, Cement and Road Projects in Assam. Let us tell you that the program also features representatives of the high-level trade delegation of partnership countries like Bhutan, Thailand, Singapore, South Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia and Japan along with the ambassadors of 61 countries.
Gautam Adani praises PM Modi
In his address, Gautam Adani praised the land of mother Kamakhya, Assam and PM Modi. He said, “It is a privilege for me to stand in front of you today in Advantage Assam 2.0. Whenever I step on this holy land of Maa Kamakhya, I get mesmerized with its natural and immense beauty. Just as the huge river Brahmaputra gives a new shape to the landscape of this state and makes its own way, I will definitely say that he is our honorable Prime Minister who has given a new shape to the landscape for Assam.
