Today, on December 30, the actor was produced before a Hyderabad court through video conference in the case of death of a woman in the stampede during the premiere of his film. In this case, accused Arjun had applied for regular bail after getting interim bail from the High Court, but after the hearing, the decision has not come out yet. In the Sandhya Theater case, the court has postponed the decision on Allu Arjun’s regular bail for three days.
Allu Arjun’s bail plea will be decided on this day
Allu Arjun, who was arrested on December 13, was granted interim bail for four weeks by the Telangana High Court a day later. The stampede took place at Sandhya Theater on December 4, in which the woman’s son was injured. Cases were registered against Allu Arjun, his security team and the theater management. Today, Allu Arjun’s bail plea was heard in Nampally Court. The police had filed a counter against the bail plea of Allu Arjun. Now the court is going to announce the decision on Allu Arjun’s regular bail after three days on 3rd January.
Allu Arjun’s trouble increases in theater matter
Allu Arjun’s lawyer Senior Counsel Niranjan Reddy argued his bail plea. Whereas the Public Prosecution demanded to reject the bail plea of Allu Arjun. After both sides completed their arguments, the Nampally court adjourned the verdict till January 3. Allu Arjun’s bail plea in the Sandhya Theater case was heard in Nampally Court. Allu Arjun has already been granted interim bail by the High Court, but now he has filed a petition for regular bail. Police filed a counter against Allu Arjun’s bail plea and two parties have presented their views in the case.
