Punjab National Bank: If your account is in Punjab National Bank (PNB), then there is important news for you. The bank has appealed to its customers to update the Know Your Customer (KYC) by 10 April 2025. This process is being done under the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). These have been asked to accountholders who have been asked for KYC update by 31 March 2025.

How to update KYC?

Customers can update KYC through the ways mentioned below.

Going to PNB branch – Submit identity card, address proof, recent photo, PAN card/form 60, income proof and mobile number if not given before.

PNB through one app – Update online from home.

Internet Banking Service (IBS) From – Login in PNB online banking and update KYC.

Through register email or post – Send KYC document to your base branch.

What will happen if KYC is not updated?

If customers do not get KYC updated by 10 April 2025, they will not be able to do any transaction from their account.
