Airtel SIM Card
Airtel has introduced a special facility to deliver the SIM sitting at home to crores of its users. For this, Indian Airtel has a partnership with Blinkit as an online delivery partner. Now users will get Airtel’s SIM card in 10 minutes sitting at home. Airtel has started this service in 16 cities of the country. Soon, the number of its cities will be increased, so that more and more users can benefit from it.
SIM will be available for 49 rupees
To order a new SIM of Airtel, users will have to pay a charge of Rs 49 on the blinkit. After paying, users will get a new SIM card within 10 minutes. When the SIM card is delivered, the user will have to do Aadhaar based KYC, so that the number can be activated. Airtel has launched this facility for both prepaid and postpaid users. Users can choose the postpaid or prepaid plan present after the SIM delivery.
Activate number within 15 days
After the mobile number is activated, users can get information about the facility available on the number through Airtel Thanks app. If users have any kind of inconvenience, they can call Airtel’s helpline number 9810012345. Within 15 days of the SIM delivery, the user will have to activate his Airtel SIM. Otherwise, Airtel’s SIM will be blocked by the company.
Airtel users are currently available in Delhi, Gurugram, Faridabad, Sonepat, Ahmedabad, Surat, Chennai, Bhopal, Indore, Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune, Lucknow, Jaipur, Kolkata and Hyderabad through Blinkit. Soon, in addition to these 16 metros, SIM delivery facilities will be provided in other Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities of the country.
