After this decision of Air India, Tata owned airline has become the first airline in India to provide WiFi facility during air travel. This information was given by Air India by issuing a press release.
Air India gave big information
In a press release issued by Air India, it was said that on Airbus A350, Boeing 787-9 and select Airbus A321neo flights, customers will get Wi-Fi facility to access the internet during the journey. Now crores of passengers will be able to connect to the internet and do messaging and chatting with their friends and family while flying at an altitude of 10,000 feet. It was also clarified by the airline that Wi-Fi facility will be available to passengers on laptops, tablets, smartphones with iOS or Android OS.
WiFi facility in domestic route after international route
Let us tell you that till now Air India was already providing WiFi facility on international routes New York, London, Paris and Singapore. Now the company has started it for domestic routes also. After the announcement of this service, Air India said that it is expected that this will be of great benefit to the passengers. In future, the company can start it in all the aircraft on domestic routes.
