Noman took 5 wickets while Sajid took 4 batsmen. Abrar Ahmed got 1 success. After this, Pakistan’s second innings started and by the end of the second day’s play, the team had put 109 runs on the scoreboard after losing 3 wickets.
A total of 19 wickets fell on the second day of this first Test and with this a new record was created in Test cricket on Pakistani soil. In fact, this is the first time in the history of Pakistan cricket that so many wickets have fallen in a single day of a Test match. Earlier, a total of 18 wickets had fallen in one day of test match play in Pakistan. This incident was seen in the year 2003 on the second day of Pakistan vs Bangladesh test match. In this, a total of 18 wickets fell in a single day.
