10th pass Infosys office boy turned CEO! Dadasaheb Bhagat created India’s Canva with just Rs 9000 salary – infosys office boy 10th pass dadasahel bahagat became ceo of indian canva in just rupees 9000 salary

We often hear that starting a business requires a lot of money. But some people make the impossible possible only on the strength of their dreams and hard work. The story of Dadasaheb Bhagat, who came from a small village in Beed district of Maharashtra, is the best example of this. 10th pass Dadasaheb has become CEO while working as an office boy in Infosys. Now his company is competing with foreign sites like Canva.

Dadasaheb’s area was dry, farming was difficult and education was not given importance in the family. He studied only till 10th class and then did a short course in ITI. After this he reached Pune in search of employment and started working for Rs 4000 per month.

After some time, he got a job as an office boy in Infosys, which paid Rs 9000. This was a big deal for him, so he immediately accepted the job. In this job he had to clean, bring goods and do small jobs in the guest house.

During this time he saw that Infosys employees were earning well by working on computers. Seeing this, there was a change in his mind. He thought that if he worked hard with his mind, his life would change.

He asked people how they too could do such work. When everyone came to know that he was only 10th pass, many people said that it would be difficult. But some advised him to study graphic design and animation, where talent matters more than a degree.

This thing touched Dadasaheb. In his childhood, he learned painting from a temple painter and was always fond of art. He started learning design during the day and working at night. Within a few months, he became a designer and started earning money by working on computers.

Instead of looking for a job in a big company, he decided to start his own business. Gradually he started his own company named Design Templates. There were difficulties in the beginning, but he did not give up. When everything stopped during the Covid-19 lockdown, he had to return to his village from Pune. There was a problem of electricity and internet in the village, but he did not let it become a hindrance. He along with his friends went to a nearby hill, installed a computer near a cowshed and started working there.

From here his real journey started. His design templates gained recognition across the country. Gradually his story went viral and even Prime Minister Narendra Modi praised his work, linking it to the spirit of ‘Make in India’.

Today Dadasaheb Bhagat’s company is competing with foreign sites like Canva. His dream is that the people of India should work on Indian software and make designs for the country.
