Ladki Bahin Yojana: There is big relief news for the women of Maharashtra before Diwali. The process of releasing the installment for the month of September under the Chief Minister Majhi Ladki Bahin Yojana is starting today from October 10. Maharashtra Women and Child Development Minister Aditi S Tatkare said that Rs 1500 will soon be transferred to the bank accounts of eligible women.

Minister Tatkare said that the work of sending the installments will be done in a phased manner and in the next 2-3 days the money will reach the bank accounts of all the eligible women. He also said that those women who have not yet done e-KYC. Those women should get it done immediately, because without e-KYC money will not come into the account.

In fact, some irregularities had come to light in the scheme in recent months, after which the government started re-verification of all the beneficiaries. Many ineligible names are being removed from the list so that only genuine beneficiaries can get the benefits of the scheme. For this reason, the September installment was slightly delayed.

The state government has already given two months time to all the beneficiaries to complete their e-KYC process. If this is not processed within the stipulated time then the amount will not be sent to their account from next months.

Easy way to do e-KYC

First of all go to the official portal of Ladki Bahin Yojana.

Select the option of e-KYC there.

Enter your registration number and captcha code.

Click for Aadhaar Verification.

Enter the OTP received on the mobile.

After this, verify e-KYC by completing the biometric process.

If a woman faces any problem during e-KYC, she can seek help by calling the helpline number 181. Under the Mukhyamantri Ladki Bahin Yojana, women of the state aged between 21 to 65 years are given Rs 1500 every month.
