Due to Durga Puja in Sikkim, there will be a holiday of banks on both these days.

Banks will remain closed on the occasion of Lakshmi Puja in Tripura and West Bengal.
7 October 2025
Banks will remain closed on this day in Karnataka, Odisha, Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh. The festival of Maharishi Valmiki Jayanti and Kumar Purnima will be celebrated here. Overall, there will be several state -wise holidays in October. Customers should keep in mind that the necessary banking work should be dealt with in time so that no inconvenience has to be faced during the festivals.
