Actor Hrithik Roshan has bought 3 offices in Chandivali, Mumbai under HRX Digitech LLP, a company of himself and his father Rakesh Roshan. It is being said that this deal has been done for Rs 31 crore. According to Propstac, documents of property registration show that the three office units are on the first floor of the Boomerang Building in Andheri East. These units have been sold by Manish Krishnagopal Bajari, Shalini Manish Bajari and Bajspace Private Limited.
The deal of newly purchased offices was registered on 9 July. All three offices are spread over 13546 square feet. This transaction includes registration fees of Rs 30000 and stamp duty of Rs 1.86 crore.
Last year also bought office in the same building
This is not the first purchase in HRX Digitech LLP’s Boomerang Building. Last year, Hrithik Roshan bought 5 office units at a cost of about 37.75 crores in the name of the company on the 5th floor of the same building. The total area of these offices is 17,389 square feet. The deal was registered on 5 September 2024. The transaction included stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore and registration fee of Rs 30000.
Hrithik Roshan is in discussion about his recently released film War 2. The film also stars Kiara Advani, Junior NTR, Anil Kapoor, Ashutosh Rana. Bobby Deol has played a small role. The film was released in theaters on 14 August.
