PM Kisan Samman Nidhi 20th Installment: The central government has given great relief to crores of farmers of the country. The 20th installment of Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi Nidhi Yojana (PM-Kisan) will now be transferred to farmers’ bank accounts on 2 August 2025. According to the Ministry of Agriculture, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will release this installment during a special program from Varanasi in Uttar Pradesh. That is, there is less than 2 days left for the installment of 2000 rupees in the bank account of the eligible farmers of the country.
Rs 6,000 in account annually
Under this scheme, the government gives the eligible farmers of the government in three equal installments annually. Each installment is Rs 2,000, which is directly sent to farmers’ bank accounts through DBT i.e. Direct Benefit Transfer. So far, about 9.8 crore farmers have benefited from 19 installments of this scheme. Especially during the Kharif season, this amount proves to be very helpful in the needs of sowing and farming of farmers.
This time E-KYC and Aadhaar Linking are important
This time the government has made the linking of e-KYC and Aadhaar-bank account mandatory. If there is a mistake in the farmers’ document or the information is incomplete, then the installment can be stopped. Therefore, it is important that farmers update their information in time, so that there is no hindrance in getting the installment.
Check in such a way whether the money came or not
If you want to know whether the money comes to your account or not, then follow the easy steps given below.
First go to PMkisan.gov.in.
Click on Beneficiary Status option.
Enter your Aadhaar number, mobile number or bank account number.
Click on Get Data.
The status will be seen on the screen – if Payment Success is written, then the installment has arrived.
If there is any problem such as e-Kyc Incomplete, Incorrect Bank Details or Aadhaar Not Linked then it will also be seen.
Did not come installment? So do this
If the installment does not come till the due date, then you can contact your district’s Agriculture Officer or CSC Service Center. Also, decide that the information related to your land, bank details and Aadhaar cards should be completely correct. The PM-Kisan scheme is a major support for farmers. If you have not yet done E-KYC or the information is incomplete, then complete it immediately.
