New pictures have come out on social media from Indian astronaut Shubhanshu Shukla’s International Space Station (ISS). In this, Shubhanshu is watching the grand view of the Earth with the 7 windows of ISS. In some pictures, he was also seen doing photography.

4 Astronauts, including Indian Air Force Group Captain Shubhanshu, flew from the Kennedy Space Center on 25 June. After the journey of about 28 hours, I reached ISS on June 26 at 4:01 pm. Today, 9 days have been completed on Shubhanshu on ISS. He is the first Indian to reach ISS and the second Indian to go in space after Rakesh Sharma in 1984.

He is part of the Exium-4 mission, for which India has paid Rs 548 crore for one seat. It is a private space flight mission, which is being partnership with American Space Company Exium, NASA and SpaceX. The company sends ISS to private astronauts in its spacecraft.

Shubhanshu will do 7 experiments prepared by Indian Education Institutes in ISS. Most of them are biological studies. They will do 5 other experiments with NASA, in which will collect data for long space missions. The experiments conducted in this mission will strengthen India’s Gaganyaan Mission.

After 41 years, an Indian astronaut went to space Indian Air Force Group Captain Shubhanshu Shukla has been selected for this mission as part of an agreement between US space agency NASA and Indian agency ISRO. Shubhanshu is the first Indian to visit the International Space Station and the second Indian to visit the space. 41 years before this, Rakesh Sharma traveled space in 1984 with a spacecraft of the Soviet Union.

This experience of Shubhanshu will be useful in the Gaganyaan Mission of India. This is India’s first human space mission, which aims to send Indian sky passengers to the lower orbit of the Earth.
