For this, automatic number plate recognition at petrol pumps in Delhi (Anpr) Cameras are installed. If this system tells this system older than the fixed limit of a vehicle, then the petrol pump will refuse to fuel it.
If you have a petrol car then you can drive till it turns 15 years old
End-off-life means that driving a diesel car more than 10 years old is a violation of the rule. It is 15 years in terms of petrol vehicle. This means that if your diesel car has become 10 years old then you should not use it. If you have a petrol car and it is 15 years old, then you are not allowed to use it. The government has taken this step to prevent the use of EOL vehicles.

The special thing is that this rule is not just for Delhi. From November 1, this rule will also be applicable in Gurugram, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Gautam Budh Nagar and Sonipat.
