Jetendra kapoor and family: Bollywood actor Jitendra Kapoor and his family have sold a land block in Andheri, Mumbai for ₹ 855 crore. The deal was held in May 2025, whose documents were prepared by the Prop Tech firm Square Yards. This sale of land was done through two family-owned firms Panthane Buildcon Private Limited and Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited (Tusshar Infra Developers Private Limited).

According to the property register documents reviewed by Square Yards, the buyer of this property is NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Private Limited (Netmagic it services was known as Private Limited). The sale includes two adjacent plots of a total of 9,664.68 square meters (about 2.39 acres). These plots were one of the most posh areas of Mumbai in Andheri. Square Yards claims that the property currently has Balaji IT Park, including three buildings of a total of 45,572.14 square meters (about 4.90 million square feet). According to the official data, the deal was charged a stamp duty of ₹ 8.69 crore and a registration fee of ₹ 30,000.
Kapoor family did this deal
The institutions selling these two plots are associated with the Kapoor family, which is a prominent name in the Indian film industry. Jitendra Kapoor has done more than 200 films. He has been a promotion face in Hindi cinema for more than six decades. Her daughter, Ekta Kapoor, is a leading television and film director and is currently serving as Joint Managing Director and Creative Head of Balaji Telefilms Limited. His son Tusshar Kapoor is also active in the industry as an actor and producer.
