US President Donald Trump will hold a press conference at the Oval Office of the White House with Ellon Musk at 11 am tonight. Trump posted on social media and wrote that this is his last day, but he will always be with us and will help us in every way. Trump said Musk is fantastic.
Let me tell you that Musk had posted on yesterday i.e. on Thursday and informed about leaving the Trump administration.
Musk said that my time was over as Special Government Employee. He also thanked US President Trump for this responsibility.
Trump gave Musk the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Whose job was to reduce the wasteful information of the government.
Resignation resigned a day before the end of term
According to the information, Trump appointed Musk as DOGE chief till 30 May 2025 after becoming President. That is, when Musk resigned, his term was ending a day later.
Musk was against Trump’s ‘Big Beautiful Bill’
The clear reason for Musk’s resignation has not been revealed, but they were opposing the bill which Trump described as Big Beautiful. Musk had said that the purpose of Doge is to cut the expenses and this bill is against him.

- Permanent cuts in income tax and estate tax in 2017, proposal to increase tax deduction.

Musk -led dog had cut the funding and jobs of several government departments. Thousands of people demonstrated against it.
Apart from government, distance from Trump also signs
Musk said in an interview to the American TV channel CBS a day before leaving the dog – I had to do as much as you had to do in politics. Now I will not give donations.
In an interview to Washington Post, Musk had said- the condition of the Federal Bureaucracy was much worse than as it was.
Both these statements are indicated that Musk will keep distance from politics. According to some media reports, Musk is now going to focus on his companies like Tesla and SpaceX again, moving away from the government role.
