On Sunday, Paresh Rawal shared on his official X handle that his legal team officially responded to the trial filed by his co-star Akshay Kumar. Paresh wrote on Twitter, “My lawyer Amit Naik has sent a proper reply regarding my dismissal and exit. Once they read my reply, all issues will be resolved.”
Why left the film?
At the same time, his lawyer in a conversation with IANS gave the reason for the actor leaving Hera Pheri 3. His team said- “He did not send a long draft of the story, screenplay and agreement, which was necessary for our client.” The actor’s lawyers also made it clear that his decision has nothing to do with Priyadarshan, he still respects him a lot. At the same time, Paresh Rawal says that he did not take the decision to be out of the film suddenly, but has taken a lot of thought.
Decision not taken due to creative different
Last week, Paresh Rawal shared a tweet on his X handle and clarified the ‘Hera Pheri’ franchise out of the most awaited third part. There was speculation that the actor kept distance from the film due to creative differentials with the film’s makers. After which he made it clear that he has not taken this decision due to creative differences. He tweeted a tweet, in which hera-Ferry confirmed his exit from 3.

In his tweet, Paresh Rawal wrote- “I want to keep on record that my decision to stay away from Hera Pheri 3 was not due to creative differences. I repeat that there is no creative disagreement with the filmmaker. I have immense love, respect and faith in film director Priyadarshan.”
