Diana Pandey said that Ahaan was born 42 days before the date of the scheduled date. He recalled that in the beginning his water bag was leaking slightly, but when it happened again, the doctor advised him to be hospitalized immediately. Alana said that when she hears this story, she feels restless because it was really a film experience that was never publicly shared.
Surgery done in critical condition
Diane Pandey said that by the time sonography was done in the hospital, the whole amniotic fluid had gone out and Ahaan had shrunk in a corner in the womb. Seeing the condition becoming critical, the doctors immediately conducted an emergency C-section. Diane Pandey said emotional and said, ‘When he took Ahaan out, he looked as much as a small rat. They took her immediately and I fainted. ‘ When he came to his senses, when he asked about his child, he was told that he had been taken to the NICU (newborn intensive medical unit) of another hospital.
Shift was done in another hospital
Alana reported that Ahaan was kept in a cooler in a thermocol box and was taken to Nanavati Hospital. This incident is about 27 years old. Diana Pandey further said, ‘They were keeping me away from my child, while I was in pain and was sitting in a wheelchair.’ When she reached to meet her son, she saw that there was a stick in her leg. It was later revealed that he had a hairline fracture. Diane Pandey told that he stayed in the hospital for the next 10 days and made Ahaan breast feeding.
