In early trade, 6 of the 30 shares of the Sensex were on the green mark and 24 shares were on the red mark. At the same time, the National Stock Exchange’s index Nifty was seen trading at 24,564 in early trade or 102 points.

The Sensex shares saw a boom in Tata Motors, Adani Ports, Tata Steel, Tech Mahindra, UltraTech Cement and Bharti Airtel in early trade. At the same time, Powergrid, NTPC, Kotak Bank, Infosys, Zomato, Sunforma, Indusind Bank, Nestle India, Bajaj Finserv, TCS, ITC, Larsen & Tubro, Reliance, HDFC Bank, SBI, Asian Paints, Bajaj Finance, ICICI Bank, Mahindra, HCL Teach, Maruti and Bharti Airtel’s stock saw a decline.
IT shares decline the most
Talking about sectoral indices, Nifty IT saw the highest decline of 0.98 per cent in early trade. Apart from this, 0.47 percent in Nifty FMCG, 0.52 percent in Nifty Financial Services, 0.50 % in Nifty Pharma, 0.54 % in Nifty PSU Bank, 0.55 % in Nifty Private Bank, 0.10 % in Nifty Realty, 0.28 percent in Nifty Healthcare Index, Nifty Healthcare Index 0.11 per cent, Nifty Oil and Gas saw 0.32 per cent, Nifty Midsmall Financial Services 0.31 per cent and Nifty Midsmall IT & Telecom fell by 0.03 per cent. Apart from this, Nifty Midsmall Healthcare saw 0.42 per cent, Nifty metal 0.36 per cent, Nifty media 0.59 per cent and Nifty Auto 0.19 per cent.
