Legendary two-wheeler company Hero MotoCorp released its financial results on Tuesday. Hero told the stock markets today that his net profit increased by 24 percent to Rs 1169 crore in the fourth quarter of FY 2024-25. Let us tell you that in the fourth quarter of FY 2023-24, Hero MotoCorp had a net profit of Rs 943 crore. Hero MotoCorp told the stock market that its total income during the quarter increased from Rs 9794 crore to Rs 10,244 crore on an annual basis. The company sold a total of 13.81 lakh two-wheelers during this period, which is slightly lower compared to the same quarter of the previous year.

Hero MotoCorp said that the company’s net profit increased by 17 percent to Rs 4376 crore in the entire financial year 2024-25. Along with this, the company’s total income also increased to Rs 41,967 crore. Hero MotoCorp Executive Director and Caretaker CEO Vikram S. Kasbekar said, “We have achieved the highest revenue and profit so far this year. This has strengthened our status as the leader of the market for the 24th consecutive year. We topped both FY 2023-24 and 2024-25. ”Let us tell you that despite the huge decline in the market today, Hero shares closed at Rs 4062.90 with a great rise of 1.81 percent on BSE at Rs 4062.90.
Dividend of Rs 65 will be available on 1 stock
In view of the excellent results of the company, Hero MotoCorp’s Board of Directors have recommended a dividend of Rs 65 (3250 per cent) on each share with a face value of Rs 2. The final decision will be taken in the company’s AGM for this final dividend given for FY 2024-25. Within 30 days of getting approval in AGM, the money of dividend will be transferred to the bank account of shareholders. Hero MotoCorp reported that a record date has been fixed on July 24, 2025 for the payment of this dividend.
