Emergency protocol applied

In the order issued on 7 May, Telecom operators have directed Airtel, Jio, BSNL and VI to maintain uninterrupted connectivity and coordinate with each other to guarantee network operations. The meeting held after India launched Operation Sindoor has asked telecom companies to pay special attention to the border area and create an updated list of infrastructure and installations, so that their safety and continuous functioning can be ensured in an emergency.
