What does income tax rule say?

In the Section 194-1B of the Income Tax Act, 1961, it has been said that along with the building, the rent of land also comes under the scope of TDS rule.

How long will TDS have to deposit money?
It is necessary to deposit TDS money with the government within 30 days from the date on which the tenant has paid the house rent. If the tenant does not follow this deadline, then he will have to pay late filing fees for Rs 200 daily. If not filing TDS returns, penalty of up to Rs 1 lakh under section 271H may also have to be paid. Apart from this, the Income Tax Department TDS not deducted will recover the entire money from the rent.
