step 1- You have to take 2 raw mangoes. 2 tomatoes have to be taken. 3-4 dry red chili, a small onion, 2 bud garlic is taken. Now wash all the things. Peel garlic and onion.

Step-2- Now add some mustard oil in a pan. In it, cut the mango into two parts and take the kernels and keep it in oil. Cut tomatoes in two parts and keep it in oil. Now cut the onion into two such parts and keep it in the pan.

Step-3- Put garlic bud in the pan and add whole red chili. Add 8-10 curry leaves. Now cover it and let it cook on medium flame for 5-7 minutes. Flip it after cooking for a while and let it cook from the other side.

Step-4- If you want, you can also add some salt to it. When all these things get melted lightly, turn off the gas and leave them to cool down. Now remove the tomato peel and take the mango into pieces.
