Vodafone-Idea Network Outage
The major problem in Vodafone Idea’s network has now been fixed. The company has confirmed that due to the technical problems in the network, millions of Delhi-NCR users had to have trouble accessing Vodafone-Idea network. The company has issued a statement in the early hours of April 18 today, talking about the problem in the network. Due to this, millions of VI users of Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Faridabad and Gurugram were facing difficulty in network connectivity, calling and accessing data.
Thousands of users reported
According to the report, millions of users of Delhi-NCR had to face problems in Vodafone-Idea network this morning. Thousands of Vodafone-Idea users reported the problem in network access by around 1 pm on the website which tracked the service outage. During this, 1,900 users had spoken of outage in telecom company network. Of these, 68% of users were having difficulty in accessing network, while 26 percent of users had reported total blackout. 97 percent VI users were having trouble accessing internet.
Was not getting OTP
VI users were neither receiving any calls nor were they getting OTP messages due to the problem in the network late at night. Many users also reported the problem in Vodafone-Idea’s network on social media platforms.
According to the report, 70 percent of users of Delhi-NCR region had to face problems related to mobile network. Working people had the most troublesome due to this problem in Vodafone-Idea network at night.
However, this was not the first time that a telecom company’s network had a problem. Earlier, millions of users have been affected due to the problem of many leading telecom companies.
