Jaggi banned from securities markets
Market Regulator SEBI on Tuesday banned Jansol Engineering and Promoters – Anmol Singh Jaggi and Puneet Singh Jaggi – in the Fund Diversion and Governance Laps case from securities markets till further orders. The regulator has also stopped Anmol and Puneet Singh Jaggi from holding the post of director or prominent manager in Jansol till further orders. In addition, the market regulator directed Jansol Engineering Limited (GEL) to stop the stock division declared by it.
The order came in June 2024 by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) after receiving a complaint related to manipulation and fund diversion from GEL and then started investigating the case.
