Yes Bank Shares: Yes Bank shares rose up to 3 percent during trading on Friday. This rise has come after the bank released a business update for the December quarter. Yes Bank said in the information sent to the stock markets that its deposits increased by 14.6 percent to Rs 2.77 lakh crore in the December quarter of the current financial year, which was Rs 2.41 lakh crore in the same quarter last year. However, deposit growth remained flat on a quarterly basis.

Yes Bank’s loans and advances increased by 12.6 per cent year-on-year to Rs 2.45 lakh crore in the December quarter, compared to Rs 2.17 lakh crore in the same quarter a year ago. Whereas on quarterly basis this growth was 4.2 percent. CASA (Current Account Saving Account) of this private sector bank increased by 27.6 percent on annual basis and 3.4 percent on quarterly basis to Rs 91,575 crore.

At the time of writing, Yes Bank shares were trading at Rs 20.05, up 2.35 per cent on NSE. The highest level of Yes Bank shares in last one year is Rs 32.85. From this level till now the stock has fallen by about 40 percent.

Talking about the performance of Yes Bank shares, there was a decline of about 62 percent in the year 2022. After this, the stock fell further by 23 percent in 2021. However, it made some comeback in 2022 and its price increased by 50 percent. But once again it slowed down in 2023 and this year it rose only 4 percent. In the year 2024, its shares remained under pressure and it declined by about 12 percent.
