New Year Celebration in Temples: Today 31st December is the last night of the year. The new year will start from 1st January. Before the beginning of the New Year, people reached religious places to seek blessings from God. A gathering of devotees was seen in different temple premises. Since morning, devotees have been reaching the temples for darshan and worship. Meanwhile, the scene of Ayodhya Ram temple in Uttar Pradesh was seen, where a large number of devotees participated in the last aarti of the year.

Saryu Aarti was performed in Ayodhya on the last evening of the year.

The last Aarti of 2024 was organized with great pomp at the Shri Vishwa Virat Vijay Raghav Temple in Ayodhya.

The last Ganga Aarti of 2024 was concluded at Dashashwamedh Ghat.

Odisha: A large number of devotees reached Shri Jagannath Puri Temple on New Year’s Eve.
