Materials to make pua

  • Flour- about one and a half cups
  • Chinese- 1 cup
  • Semolina-half cup
  • Milk- 2 cups boiled and cold
  • Dryfruits- Mix Cut
  • Fennel- 1 teaspoon
  • Oil-pua to fry

Recipe

  • First of all, add milk to a big bowl and milk. Now add sugar to milk and mix. Now turn on the gas and heat the milk for 5 minutes. So that sugar gets mixed in milk. If you get milk and sugar, turn off the gas and let the milk cool down.

  • When the milk cools down, add semolina and mix it. Now pour the flour a little bit. While adding maida, keep in mind that there are no lumps. You mix with a spoon or beater. Mix all the maida and beat the batter.

  • Mix chopped dry fruits and fennel in the batter and mix well. Now keep the batter for 1 hour. Which will make the batter a little thick.

  • Now place a flat pan on the gas to fry the pua and let the oil heat up. When the oil is hot, put 1 tbsp of batter in the middle of the pan. Keep the gas playm low and let the pua sync from one side. Being sweet, Pua often clings to the pan. Remove it comfortably and then turn it over.

  • Bake the pua from both sides till it turns golden brown. Take gas or place on medium flame. When the pua is roasted from both sides, take it out on a paper. Similarly, prepare all the pues. Keep in mind that if the pues stick to the pan or pan, then remove it lightly from the side and remove it.
