In fact, when the Champions Trophy schedule was released by PCB, it was told that if Team India reaches the final of this ICC tournament, the final match would also be played at Dubai’s International Stadium. But if the Indian team is unable to travel to the final, then the final match will be played at Gaddafi Stadium in Lahore. Indian team will not go to Pakistan
The Champions Trophy is hosted by Pakistan, but the BCCI has refused to send the Indian team to Pakistan due to security reasons, this is the one and where the screw that is stuck about the final will be clear only after playing the semi -finals of India. Anyway, the Pakistani team has already been out of the round, so now the finals are in Dubai or in Lahore, the fans there do not matter.
