Royal piece
If you want to eat something sweet for Iftar party in Ramadan, then you can eat a tasty royal piece. A royal piece made of bread is very crunchy in eating. It is quite easy to make. Everyone likes the taste of the royal piece from children to elders. The royal piece in the house is more tasty than the royal piece found in the market. Know the easy recipe of the royal piece.
Material for Rabri:
Milk – 700 grams, cardamom powder ½ tsp, saffron, milk powder half cup, sugar – 4 tablespoons or taste
Ingredients for Chinese Syrup:
Sugar – 4 cup, water – ¾ cup, Kevada Essence
Material for royal piece:
Bread (bread) – 7-8 slices, ghee (ghee) – ¾ tbsp, almonds (almonds) – some quantity, cashew -pistachios – some quantity
Method of royal piece:

First step: For rabri, boil milk and cream in a pan and boil it when it starts boiling, add cardamom powder, saffron, milk powder and sugar to it. Allow it to cook on medium heat and then keep it to cool so that it becomes thick.

Second step: For sugar syrup, take another pan and add a few drops of sugar, water, saffron and Kevara essence. When the syrup becomes sticky, turn off the heat and keep it aside.

Third step: Now, take some bread slices and cut the slices into a triangle shape. Keep a non -stick pan on the flame and toast the pieces of bread lightly on both sides so that they become crisp. Take a pan and heat it by adding ghee. Put the toasted bread pieces in a pan and fry. As soon as the pieces of bread become crispy, take them out and similarly fry the rest of the pieces. After frying the pieces of bread, fry some chopped almonds, pistachios and cashews in the remaining ghee, then turn off the heat.

Fourth step: When the rabri becomes cold, take it out in a vessel and then immerse the crispy bread slices in a sugar syrup and place it in a plate. Then put a little rubri on the bread slices and garnish with roasted dry fruits. The royal piece on Ramadan is ready for serving.
