The Taliban on Friday attacked Pakistani soldiers in the Kurram area near the Afghan border. According to news agency ANI, one Pakistani soldier has died and at least 9 are injured.

Three Taliban fighters have also been killed in retaliation by Pakistan. According to the report, firing is still going on from both sides near Kurram border. Apart from this, clashes are also going on between Pakistan and Afghanistan on the Paktika border.

The Afghan Defense Ministry said there was a clash between Afghan and Pakistani troops on the southern border at 4 am on Friday. After this, the people living there in Khosht have been sent to a safe place. However, no official information has been given about how many people died in the attack.

Earlier on December 24, the Pakistani Army had conducted an airstrike in Paktika near the Afghanistan border. In which 46 people were killed. Pakistan had claimed to target suspected targets of Pakistani Taliban organization (TTP) in this attack.

TTP has more than 30,000 armed terrorists.
