The country’s Prime Minister Narendra Modi had announced during the election that the first installment of this scheme will be released to the women of Delhi on Women’s Day on March 8. According to the Bharatiya Janata Party’s resolution letter, this scheme is only for poor women. However, it has not been decided yet how much annual income families will be included in the scheme. In some BJP ruled states like Madhya Pradesh, Odisha, this limit has been kept at Rs 2.50 lakh annually.

Aadhar card
Aadhaar card is usually required in most government schemes. Therefore, women will need Aadhaar card under Mahila Samriddhi Yojana.
Bank account
Under this scheme, Rs 2,500 will be sent directly to the beneficiary’s bank account. Therefore, it is very important to have a bank account. If you do not have a bank account, then open it as soon as possible. In addition, make sure that your bank account should be linked to Aadhaar.
Income certificate
The BJP had already clarified in its resolution letter that this scheme is for women from poor families. Therefore, income certificate may be required to prove eligibility.
Ration card
Ration card may also be required for eligibility verification in such schemes.
The chances of benefiting these women are very low
Women who pay income tax or other pension facilities can also be declared ineligible for this scheme. Women with government jobs (permanent or temporary) will also not get the benefit of the scheme.
