Actually, India and Pakistan will face each other in their second match. This high-voltage match will be played in Dubai on Sunday, February 23. Pakistan cricket team has reached Dubai to participate in this match. Pakistan’s team reached Dubai on February 20 after losing their first match to New Zealand on 19 February. The Pakistan Cricket Board has shared the video of its players reaching Dubai on X. The Pakistani team arrived in Dubai from Karachi in the special plane of Pakistan Air Force (PAF). The Pak team was accompanied by 6 Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officials and president Mohsin Naqvi.
Tough challenge in front of Pakistan
It will not be easy for Pakistan to confront India as the team’s performance has been very bad for the last few matches. After losing 2 consecutive matches to the Kiwi team in the TRAI Nation ODI series, Pakistan also faced a crushing defeat against New Zealand in the Champions Trophy match. Now Pakistan will have to win against India to go to the next round, otherwise the journey of the hosts will end in the group stage of the Champions Trophy itself.
Fakhar Zaman’s replacement announced
Pakistan will miss Fakhar Zaman in the match against India, who was injured in fielding in the match against New Zealand and then dropped from the tournament. In place of Fakhar, Pakistan has included Imam ul Haq in the team. The Imam has not played any match for Pakistan for a long time. In such a situation, Pakistan will have to choose the playing XI of its second match very carefully.
