Two -time Olympic medalist Javelin star Neeraj Chopra has made a big disclosure about his game. His individual best performance is 89.94 meters which he achieved in 2022. His upcoming session will begin with the Dimmond League in May and it will be a competitive beginning of his partnership with former Olympic and World Champion Jelanny, which also has a world record (98.48 meters) in the javelin throw.

Chopra said that he feels that a throw of more than 90 meters may come soon. Coach Yan Jeshani has made some technical changes in his game. He said, Jeshani feels that his change will help Neeraj. Neeraj has understood what he expects from him. One of the mistakes that the coach told Neeraj was that he was throwing a spear in Paris very low and his inclination was on the left.
Chopra said that if he was able to include those changes, then he feels that he will be better. The Panipat player, however, stressed that this milestone is not as important as winning medals for the country. Chopra said that he would like to do so. But going to a competition and winning medals against those who have thrown 90 meters before, it is more important than that. Even if you do not win by throwing a 90 meter spear, it does not make sense. He said what would happen if everyone throws more than 90 meters and you cannot win despite throwing 90 meters? Along with this, Neeraj also talked about the injury of Grin, due to which he suffered a lot last year. Chopra consulted a doctor suggested by Jelleyseni in Prague. Chopra said that the injury to the groin has been a long time. I was not able to give 100 percent in my technique due to my injury. I went to the doctor of Jehangian in Prague and he suggested some exercise and he is working on it.
