The Government of India has given a great gift to the farmers. The central government has approved the continuation of PM Asha Yojana to control the fluctuations in the prices of better value and essential commodities. It has been decided to continue this government scheme by 2025-26. In this scheme, the government will have to spend Rs 35,000 crore. Through this scheme, efforts are made to control the prices of goods to provide good prices to farmers on their crops and other items.
The government has allowed the purchase of pulses in states equal to the total production of 2024-25. This decision has been taken with the aim of giving farmers full advantage of minimum support price (MSP) and maintaining the stability of prices in the market. With this, farmers will be able to sell their crops to the government without any concern and they will also get a reasonable price.
