PCB president sold VIP box ticket

In fact, Pakistan Cricket Board i.e. PCB President Mohsin Naqvi has decided to watch the Champions Trophy match against India from the audience gallery. The reason behind this is the fund. In fact, Mohsin Naqvi has sold his ticket of four lakh dirhams (Rs 94 lakh) of 30 -seat VIP Hospitality Box for PCB Fund. According to a Pakistani media report, Naqvi was offered a VIP box ticket in Dubai for him and the family, but he decided to sell the match and watch it from the audience gallery like the common people.
Naqvi has told the ICC and Emirates Cricket Board that they will sit with the audience and see how they encourage Pakistan. The PCB president said that the board will spend Rs 18 billion out of the amount received from the gate money and other galleries of this tournament on the renovation of Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi stadiums.
Tournament begins from 19 February
There is a festive atmosphere in Pakistan at this time as the Champions Trophy 2025 is going to begin 2025 from the match of Pakistan-New Zealand in Karachi from February 19. Earlier, members of the Pakistani team winning the ICC Champions Trophy 2017 were honored at the opening ceremony of the 2025 season of the tournament in Lahore. At that time Sarfaraz Ahmed, Mohammad Hafeez, Wahab Riaz, Mohammad Aamir, Imad Wasim, Junaid Khan, Azhar Ali, Haris Sohail attended the ceremony on Sunday.
