Chuda pea recipe
Banarasi Chuda peas are quite famous. In the streets of Banaras, people will see you tasting hot bangles peas. The taste of peas, which looks like a poha, is quite different. It is made with chuda i.e. poha and green peas. Chuda pea is the traditional snack of UP which is also eaten in Lucknow and surrounding areas. Hare pea pohe is served like Kanda Poha recipe. Bangle peas
1 cup thick poha, 4 cup milk, 3 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon cumin, pinch of asafoetida, 1 inch ginger finely chopped, 1 green chilli finely chopped, 5 cashews, ½ cup green peas, ½ tsp sugar, 4 tables Water, ½ tsp black pepper hut, ½ teaspoon garam masala, little salt and lemon juice, finely chopped coriander to decorate.
Chuda pea making recipe

First of all wash the poha i.e. chuda. Now add 4 cups of milk to the washed poha. If you want, you can also mix cream with milk. Now soak the poha for about 10 minutes and make other preparations.

Add oil to the pan, add cumin, asafoetida, ginger, green chillies and 5 cashews and fry it. Fry the color of cashew nuts till it becomes golden. Now add peas and sugar to this oil. After frying for a minute, add 2 teaspoons of water and cook the peas till it melts.

After the pea is cooked, add black pepper, garam masala and salt. Now let all the spices mix well and then add soaked pohe and mix it. Put 2 teaspoons of water in the poha and let it cook for 5 minutes. Keep stirring Poha in between.

Pea Poha is ready, add lemon juice and finely chopped green coriander and serve. The taste of bangle peas seems more tasty than poha. You can eat it with tea, curd or pickle.

Similarly, peas and bangles are fryed and crisp bangle peas are also made without water. In this, they take a fat poha and fry it. Peas also have to fry in oil. It is served by adding mustard seeds, green chillies, whole red chili and curry leaves.
